1. Certification Application

The applicant organization submits a certification application form containing the proposed scope, number of personnel, facility locations, and the targeted ISO standards.

2. Application Review & Proposal

The VRC International technical team verifies the adequacy of the data, the feasibility of the audit scope, and determines the number of audit mandays based on international provisions.

3. Stage 1 Audit

The Stage 1 audit aims to evaluate the completeness of the applicant's management system documentation, workplace readiness, understanding of the standard clauses, and readiness for the Stage 2 Audit.

4. Stage 2 Audit

The Stage 2 audit is an on-site assessment to evaluate the actual implementation of the management system, the effectiveness in achieving quality/environmental/OHS objectives, and compliance with related regulations.

5. Audit Results Review & Certification Decision

The audit report is evaluated independently by the Certification Decision-Making Team, who are not involved in conducting the field audit, to maintain full objectivity.

6. Certificate Issuance & Surveillance Audit

Once approved, an official certificate is issued with a 3-year validity period, accompanied by a commitment to conduct periodic surveillance audits every 12 months.
