Simply enter the Certificate Number printed on the physical or digital certificate (e.g., 2511280038919K001 or VRC-INT/QMS-28/2016/01/001). Our system will display details regarding the company name, management system standard, scope, validity date, and legality status.

An ISO management system certificate is valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance. To maintain the validity of the certificate, the organization is required to undergo an Annual Surveillance Audit in the first and second years, as well as a Recertification Audit before the validity period expires.

A "Suspended" status means the client's certification validity is temporarily deactivated. For example, due to a delay in conducting a surveillance audit or the existence of audit findings that were not rectified within the specified timeframe. A "Revoked" status means the certification has been permanently withdrawn and is no longer valid for any purpose.
